I went to St. St.Mary's park 001.JPGSt.Mary's park 003.JPGSt.Mary's park 004.JPGSt.Mary's park 006.JPGMarys park at 6pm to 9pm.
I detected the west side of the hill overlooking St.Marys Hospital and dug the 1894 Indian Head Cent
and later I made my way to the north east side were I dug the buckle under a big root. It was a loud
sound and was hoping for silver. A few minuets later the 1942 Mercury dime no mint mark.
The dime was 8 inches deep.
I dug a few whiskey caps and some had broken bottle attached. I took the caps off and buried the glass.

Silver+IH cent = awesome day!

Wow, 8 inches, that's pretty deep for a merc! Out of range for most of the cheaper detectors.

Nice finds; the IH is in great shape!

That etrac sniffs out the deep stuff!, good job

The coins I've found this year came from worked out parks.
I do believe that the E-Trac has found 20-30 coins in those worked out parks that others have missed including me when I used the Whites DFX.
I lost track and it could be 40 by now. I hunt in coin mode most of the time. Auto sens +3 and go to full screen to see if some items are junk and most are.

Merc and IHC... two of my favorite coins. Nice score.

Nice finds, I too like the condition of that Indian!

I gotta try that, I've been using the Andy s coin mode at manual sensitivity around 23-28 depending on the site, I have recently started dabbling in TTF, thats pretty interesting to use also
