Updated: I'm seeing a lot of Stilton cheese scoops (Stilton is a bit runny I guess?)

Stilton is a type of cheese? Ha! My kids read books about "Geronimo Stilton". He is a mouse detective. That's funny!

(It looks more like bleu cheese. Crumbly, I guess.)
