Incredible find! That must have been exhilarating! Were you digging a bottle and happened upon it?
 

As a matter of fact Timbermaster I was, I was 15' down in a freshwater river bottom digging out two blob top beers when this point flicked up at me, all I could scream through my regulator was "whoa, where did it go", when the silt settled in was in the left side wall of the hole!!

A grey ghost is a fake made by a guy named Reinhart (spelling?) in Texas. He slabbed the flint with a rock saw and made the points on a lever jig. He made thousands of them and fooled lots of people back in the day. I really doubt that the point is a grey ghost. Gary

a grey ghost is easy to spot by looking at it along the edge. We have seen our share here
