In the shape of, but not a stone age man made artifact imo.

I agree with tamrock, it doesn't appear to have been 'worked' around the edges at all.

there is a great passage in a book about Capt. Bonneville describing how a trio (i seem to remember) of indians went out with a pointed stick and came back with a deer...that rock is just a rock.

Correct!!! A rock perfectly fashioned for lashing on a stick and spearing your dinner.

Found this I'd call it a spear head? Perfect symetry and shape. Any ideas?

A measuring device in picture would help tremendously.
Is it a quarter inch overall length or ten inches?
Clear pictures of both sides and both edges would help too.
The base itself needs a clear picture all around.
It looks globular in your picture with no refinement by reduction from knapping or grinding or other method visible throughout.

Would certainly catch the eye when looking for lithics though.
