That is truly a treasure when I was a child here in Louisiana it was mandatory for a house to have one the only two I can rember without one was a shotgun house in the bottom and one in the lane both colored folks houses that my grandfather employed come picking time colored folks weren't allowed to live on the main road they either lived in the bottom or the lane which was just a dead end street off of the main road that ran with the bayou because my ppl spoke French I knew them as cedar robes that's what French speaking white folk knew them called as but whenever I see one it's like a time machine for me I can truly appreciate what you have there it's a bute.
