C & J mode no more......RELIC MODE. In relic mode unless at the beach.....then it's coin and jewelry mode.

So, if I go out, grab some dirt, mix with water, apply to relics, and let sit for........time elapse.....hardens to relic. What's the difference? I keep a clean house. I don't bring dirt inside. I knew this would a problem without incorporating my videos.

There is no better hunts than when you get just pure good stuff. I can remember a few such days...all sharp silver and no ugly. Its kind of like walking into a bar where you're the only guy and its full of supermodels. Ya gotta love those days!!!

......and yes there was junk. My son found a crusty old barn door hanger.....the kind with two wheels that go on a track. Other shards of metal, aluminum, iron, bottle caps. We dug all targets. Anything not necessary was discarded into a Walmart bag. I don't post junk unless it's significant or curious.

Can I see the bag? It's important to see junk in case you missed something. Once I thought 5 cannon fuses I found were junk and I luckily posted it. Someone ID'd them and days later I found an old fort.

I see that.....those darn northerners again. Fact is, I will never find GW button, a pine tree schilling, rattlesnake button, or other items only associated with the north.
