sorry about that jimmileo, i wasn't even thinking that the bills have changed at least twice in the past 4 years and what i was baseing my comment on was from something i heard probably 20 years ago about someone clipping the corners off of $20 bills and glueing them over the corners of a one or a five to spend as a $20, and then getting a replacement $20 from the bank,

it's an old hippie trick, i guess, but then again it's probably been tried since paper money has been used
