In America, we place a higher value on coins which are rare. Do you do the same in Russia? Or just collect coins by type and year?

Isn't that a political party helmet (the German helmet)? It would seem unusual to find that on a battlefield. What are the words around the edge of the emblem?

I have found a helmet and a sign separately from each other but have for appearance fastened them together, the helmet it м40
