Sorry for the poor definition of the picture, but these are the documented Baranovsky marks and yours dates between 1970-1990 (the characters below the mark are factory inventory numbers).

A really nicely decorated vintage cup and saucer in bold bright colours with gilding might fetch around $50; but the less attractive (for collectors) kind of decoration on yours coupled with the dating means the pieces unfortunately have little value. You might expect to pick up a full tea service with the pot for the same kind of price.
