✅ SOLVED Some sort of adjustment device?

Found this on a barn site that has been plowed under since the 50’s if not earlier, my guess is it’s some kind adjusting device where a pin would lock in one of the slots and hold whatever went in the single hole at a certain height… any chance anyone knows what this was? It’s fairly big for a detector find 8-10 inches, pretty solid

I believe that’s called a plow clevis

Look between the last and second to last holes…..you can see the break

Or at least I think I can
