Good day in central Virginia. Less than 5 minutes I found the rivet with a scrap of leather still on it. After 150 years. Just blows my mind. Got some interesting shrapnel (I think the round thing is a canister shot plate - anybody agree?) A few yankee bullets, one with star base, and a dropped gardner, with black powder still in the base. Again, incredible. I saved it in the tin . . .

Your bullet is a swaged bullet or pressed & turned bullet. Nice finds. HH
