These were taken after the ice storm a little bit back.It sucked but it was pretty,..lol

This is my dog Calypso...

I seen this guy one morning,while at a midden.There were two of them playing.This guy stoped when I aproached them.I thought for sure he was gonna split while I got out my camara...

This is the blanket that my wife Dawn just finished.It took like 6mos. & 44 skeens of yarn...

Cool ice pics. I can stand to look at them now, as I'm out of the ice storm country. Just snow. We got another foot today. That blanket will be a keepsake.

Tell the missus good job. She does good with color. Does she crochet? My mom and them used to crochet entire bedspreads. They did a lot of quilt making too, and they're pretty cool because when I look at them I can remember whose shirt or dress the individual pieces came from. They're like books and tell a story. Of course now you can buy a blanket ready made at Wally World for about 8 bucks, so we'll lose that art.

Yep the blanket & scrunchys are Crochet....We love the blanket,it;s weight feels sooo good with a sheet.We are trying to keep the skill alive.
