It's hard to tell from your pics. Are the edges ground to a sharp edge? Is the hole the same size all the way thru or tapered from one or both sides?

it deff has been made to a shrape edge,,and the whole is a little bigger on one side and the outher whole u can c was started on both sides in the same spot
