Have not been detecting in quite some time so decided to hit the yard next door today which I have detected before. As with my own the house and yard date back to the 1800s. The most recent renters just moved out. Managed to find an old brass 7 1/4 inch skeleton key, a 1934 wheat cent, a Garden State Parkway (N.J.) car token from the late 1900s, a 1990 Deutches mark?, a 1976 Hot Wheels 57 Chevy, and some more recent coins. If anyone might have some more information to share on the large skeleton key would appreciate it. Nice assortment of finds. I like the 57 Chevy. Congrats

More info on skeleton key: Last pin is bent Nice finds dude

Wow that's a big key. there goes the neighbors yard lol good job!!!!!

Great finds! A key that long might have been for a watchman to hit all the time clocks in the building. Just a guess though.

Nice finds. I like that skeleton key. It looks like it may have been a key more for a lock box or safe, rather than a door. Door keys are usually thicker
