After not having detected for a while, I broke out my Ace350 to play around in my neighbor’s yard. Much of the ground in my neighborhood seems to be fill — with a lot of broken ceramics and shells, and even more rusty iron. I dug a bunch of nails, screws, and other fastenings, a buckle from a kid’s belt, a matchbox car, 33 cents in clad, and a 1937 D wheat, which upon closer inspection turned out to be a 1957 D wheat. It was fun to pull some coins out of the ground.
