Soccer has been an interesting part of both of my kid's lives. My daughter played at a high school who only had a boy's team for her first three years. She started on the varsity. Her last year they started a girl's team. They moved her from her defender position to a forward spot and she scored 27 goals her senior year. My son played goalie for four years on the boy's team. It was a rough education to jump into varsity as a freshman. This shot is from his senior photos. I believe he is trying to look fierce.
