Bought this law book today. I always check out the books because they can be a bargain at the estate sales. I paid $7 for a Royal Doulton Figures Produced at Burslem 1890-1978 book. Good reference book and still a bargain at the asking price. That is a high price for a book at a sale. I usually get them for a dollar or two, five tops. I also found this law book at the same sale, it was a dollar, so you can see what the "estate sale specialist" was focusing on as far as the subject matter in her book pricing, lol. Anyway, the book looks like it was personalized to Ron Paul as his name is printed in gold at the bottom. Inside the front cover he has signed it and presented it to someone as a gift. Pretty cool find I thought. Gotta be worth something. I think the book alone is worth something, no? Nice find, Dig!!!

The inscription should help the value of the autograph, I would guess, since it reflects his beliefs.

Ron Paul worked on Pat Buchanan's campaign for the Republican presidential nomination in 1992. 4/20/92 is about four months before the 1992 RNC, so my guess is that the book was part of the gift bag for a very, very expensive dinner or a lot at a very, very expensive auction. "A personalized and autographed edition from former Congressman Ron Paul's personal library," or something.
