I would be happy with that one, better than finding just a broken tip. Did you look under those rocks for the rest of it, it may have been broken as it sat under there for so long.......just a thought
 

I turned the rocks over you can see another chunk of flint under the bottom of the rock in the center of the first picture but I didn’t think to dig, I was actually having trouble deciding if there was an attempted repair of not
