I have a couple of friends that live there in Bay County Florida and they reported 4" of snow. None of them can recall that much snow in their area ever. I believe the last snow there was in 1989 and was only around an inch. Fluke storm I suppose. I bet some of them Florida kids are having a blast though!

Wow...the highways must have looked like a train wreck, as I doubt many drivers there have any experience at all in driving on snow.

Do folks down there even know how to operate a snow shovel?

No snow shovels don't exist down here. Authorities shut down 1-10 because no one knows how to drive in snow & there are no plows or salt.

All I can say newnan man is--hahaha! Hey, I got a snowblower I'll sell you cheap. Only been used when it snows. On the serious side, hope it doesn't hurt the agriculture and stay safe on the roads.
