Smoothies

I was making smoothies for my wife and I for breakfast
cup of Spinach, cup of kale, pineapple chunks,blueberries,blackberries,strawberries,tablespoon of mocka powder,tablespoon lions main mushroom powder, table spoons of spirulina powder, table spoon ashwaganda powder,scoop of hemp hearts, big scoop of vanilla protein powder, two scoops of peanut butter powder, scoop of various nuts ground up to a powder, small amount of agave syrup vary little goes a long way to flavor

I made these every day until I ended up in the hospital on October 28th because of covid
 

I like drinking smoothies & cold press juicing. Today I am juicing. Organic red apples, organic beet, organic carrots, organic D'anjou pear, organic Bosc pear & organic blue berries.

I usually alternate where I juice one day & make smoothies the next. Today I'm making a smoothie. I like to keep it real simple.
Organic milk, greek yogurt, Organic Plant-Based Protein powder, frozen organic blueberries & a banana.
I work a 12-hour rotating shift work schedule. Changing from working 12 hour days to 12 hours night twice a week twice a week & working some overtime on my days off. I find drinking smoothies & juicing does give me a lot more energy.

Great to see somebody else has a quality mixer. The look of them has really changed from our version.
We finally had to get a replacement cutter, now they come all in one piece Jug/cutter gear.
So they sent the jug/lid/tamper in quick order.
Well done on the organic choices.
I planted a organic berry patch this past year. 220 Raspberry, 120 Blueberry, 60 Hascap, 125 Strawberry plants

I bought my Vitamix in 2014. I use it 3 or 4 for times a week and I never had an issue with it.

Garden of Life has great products, I take their vitamins & other supplements every day.
 

I adore smoothies, however, can't drink them for breakfast. I usually have a well balanced breakfast and take supplements from Canada Drugs, and afternoon is the time for my smoothies - another dosage of vitamins😋

Changing work shifts from working 12 hour nights back to 12 hour days for the next week. Juicing seems to give me a little extra energy when I make the change from night to days then back to nights. Today I'm juicing organic apples, beets & carrots.

Yesterday I juiced. Today is a smoothie day. Organic coconut water, organic mix berries, apple, banana and organic plant-base powder. This here will give me the gas I'll need to power me thru my day.

Todays power breakfast smoothie . I started using flaxseed meal in my smoothies instead of powdered protein. I also eat some nuts. This here will energize me for my work day. Now it's time to leave for work.

Todays breakfast smoothie is a peanut butter, banana smoothie. It consist of one cup of milk, 1 tbsp. of pure vanilla extract, peanut butter, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp. flaxseed meal and 1 tbsp. of honey.

Toss a huge spoonful of plain Greek yogurt in them, and pack with spinach😎🤘
Love my Shake shake mornings, getting out of season now. Oatmeal and malt o meal calling😉
 

A healthy chocolate smoothie. 1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp. cacao power, Frozen banana, 1 tbsp. flaxseed meal, ground cinnamon.
Cacao powder is less processed and is a healthier choice than using cocoa powder. I also sprinkle sliced almonds & cacao nibs on top of smoothie.

Today's High Protein Power Smoothie.
2% organic milk, 2% cottage cheese, peanut butter, organic vanilla extract, organic carrot, organic blueberries, organic beet and Flax meal.
Now it's time too leave for my 12 hour work shift!
