This coin was ordered struck by the governor of Chihuahua on Jan. 20, 1860.
It was minted in only four years: 1860, '61, '65 and '66. (KM 344)

It does look a little dry in that area. Beautiful flower.

I hope Don from SoCal gets back to this thread and gives you more info.
That last coin looks like it is the size of a hand struck half reale. The cross is well centered. How many grams does it weigh?
The first image of this coin is too blurry for me to tell much.

(All I could find out was that Spain stopped making hand struck half reales in Mexico City in 1540. I don't know if your coin was minted in Mexico City, but I'm taking a guess that is near you.)
