Definitely wasn't made by some machine. Who ever made it had better then average metalsmith skills. I'd have that checked to see if it all silver or plated. For a dollar I'd be delighted on that find.

Keep us posted on this one. Looks .800 or higher to my learning eye. Especially with the picture looking into the bowl. Has that nice raw/tarnished silver look.
