I dug this at a park that has some history. It's about 1.25" x 1.25" x 1" and it looks like cast brass. The top is somewhat smooth with the words "UPC LEE" engraved but the bottom is a little more rough with a cavity about the size of your thumb. I don't think it's worth anything but I'd love to know what it is before I pitch it. Thanks!

My WAG is inkwell or half of a fishing weight mold. just a guess. There is a Lee Brass company. Maybe shoot them a pic?

What you have there is the treasure cap to a plumbers black water treasure. It is the broken off part of a brass sewer clean out cap.The brass will get you a few bucks at the recycling center.images (1).jpg
