Today was day two with the Whites Beachhunter, and I went to Englewood (fl) beach.

Like most beaches on this coast, it was pretty sanded in, and there wasn't much to find.

And when I got there, there were two other people detecting, both following the same path I was planning to follow.

To stay out of their way, I detected up on the dry sand for an hour, and didn't find much - just a few coins.

But in the final 15 minutes, got a good tone, and dug a nice silver ear ring.

Searched for the other one hoping for a matched set, but no luck.

It looks like the weather is going to turn nice for a few days, so maybe things will pick up on the beach.

Still, I'm not complaining. Florida on the beach in the winter in short sleeves with a beautiful sunset.

Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

You bet it isn't a bad way to spend the afternoon and morning too. You just need to get the coil over it and the Beach Hunter will do the job. You new one is better.
