This was a day for silvers and one for doubles!
Stayed pretty much in just one triangle of ground, set off by a couple sidewalks in a Baltimore park. First coin was a 1902 Indian and there was another Indian late in the hunt, an 1894.
The silver coins consisted of two dimes: a 1901 Barber and a 1944 Merc, and two 1943P war nickels; one of the war nickels was removed from the hole stuck to a 1935 Buff. The Merc was part of a 3-coin spill that included wheats from the '40s and '50s. The other two silvers came in the form of .925 rings: a QVC Diamonique with cubic zirconia stones, and a second fashion ring. Some older finds included a suspender clip, civilian two-piece button and a collar stud. Ten wheats were dug in all, with the two earliest being 1909 and 1910. Well over $3 in clad.
This park is not "hunted out"!
Thanks for checking out the pics, everyone.
