Site pics and insitu's share yours.

Watching the weather and after 5 days of rain we crest tonight at 24'. Thought it might be fun to do an open post of sites you hunt or have hunted and insitus. Do not give your sites away though and make sure if you used a smart phone your GPS is turned off. All of mine are remote and on private property with permission only.
Feel free to post. I know I have seen some killer places and shots on here so pick some out and share what ya got.

These make me want to see summer. Arifacts in all these areas.

This is the last one I'll show for now. This is a site I just started hunting 3 years ago and it has produced some nice pieces. The field pics are of when I took my dad with me to hunt it. This site belongs to dads cousin and he will only let family and there friends hunt it. The last in situ is one of my favorites from this site. It's not that great of a Point, but it's pointing right at the boot print of my buddy who walked right by it.

Man great pictures. Just knowing what comes from each and every place.. C'mon summer. I lost so many good pics in my old computer. I probably have them in old old post though. Keep em coming. Tom we have plenty of smallies here and a craw dad under every rock am sure Viking does to. I think a dream vacation is in order on a few of these spots. Here is a spring off a killer field I have found piles of flint at the head but no points yet. I am thinking I might need to dive around where it dumps into the creek.

Hey Tom, about a half mile from here the creek meets the Shenandoah river, great smallmouth fishing. And yea, tons of crayfish..

OMG DIVE THAT!!

I got stuck in the lowlands but my heart is up in the mountains. I love freshwater, don't like saltwater. Odd I am surrounded by saltwater!!

That's funny, I love the mountains, but I really miss the open water. Used to have a few different cabin cruisers and spend a lot of time on the water. This is a pic from my deck, thats Skyline Drive in Shenandoah national park in the background, another site pic as we find some cool stuff in our back yard.

Here is a site looking over to the Cumberland Plateau. I think this will take me there..come on summer !!!

that is a fishing sinker used to hold a baited bone hook on the bottom of the river image #5 is the insitu of it

WOW,,you guys have some really cool places to hunt. I`m back in S.C. and lost, confused etc. I`ve never hunted a field before, don`t really know how to pick one. Hence the reason I`m here. To learn and absorb the info. Thanx for all the great pics.

That was the idea behind the post to help show what to look for while not giving away where it is. These people on here have taught me a lot. :thumbsup:

Trevor what a great video! Man some great flint and celts and all those bell pestles and of course that "Banner". :notworthy:

The music was great to reminded me of some GoPro videos. Did you shoot any of that with a Go Pro? We need to get you in an artifact show like "Diggers". Best artifact video I have seen.
