Got out again for a couple hours today to to the old campground that I just started detecting this year. Squeezed out 2 more silvers from there along with $2.88 in clad and 2 wheaties, a little toy car, a junk aluminum ring and the usual trash. The silvers were a 1963-D quarter, and a 1962-D dime, which brings me up to 37 silver coins so far this year. Was wanting to make it to 40 by the end of March, but don't think I'll be able to make it out again in the next 4 days. Oh Well, guess there's always next month!! Happy Hunting!!

37 silver coins already this year, wow, way to go. Which detector found the most? My 350 is the clad dime king.

Yeah, I've been pretty lucky with the silver this year, I got permission to detect in an old campground that closed in 1974, and as far as I can tell I don't think anybody has detected there before. The downside is that it's pretty overgrown with briars now, so it's pretty slow going. The Fishers has found the most, I just bought the Ace 350 last spring and Im still learning it, so I usually use the Fishers, but I'm finding that the 350 is a pretty good detector though!!

You've got two great machines and they seem to be working well for you! Keep it up

You are doing great with that Fisher and I'm glad to see you took a pic of your trash pile. That lets the beginner's know it's not a good target beneath every plug. Keep on swingin that coil!
