Silver

I bought a little today. My favorite coin dealer offered me some items he was going to ship off wholesale.

Got a few rolls of nice looking Franklins and one roll of Walkers in really good shape too (not worn down much) for 168 per roll. I think that is really good, but then I bought some VG to VF Morgans mixed years (the few 21's are AU) that are somewhat toned but still nice coins for $23 per coin. I know that is a lot over melt but he didn't have any more of the halves and I was in the buying mood. I know another local store that pays roughly $22 for such dollars so I am probably OK on the spread as long as they remain popular.

WOW, I wish I could find prices like that. I've been searching the internet (but no physical locations) all week for decent prices on Franklins and Walkers (my top choice for silver investments, x-ASE's), and haven't found anything under $185 per roll, delivered. Almost pulled the trigger on a couple of BU Franklin rolls at $239, but thought better of it. Congrats.

Dang it, I passed up some Kens and walkers a few weeks back at 16X and bought mail order eagles instead.

Well I didn't buy the 1 gram bars but I did buy 4 silver bullion rounds with art work on them from provident metals. Think I like the fast service I got from them and was a easy process.

Congrats. Provident is a very reputable company with good prices and service. Enjoy the rounds! I'm sure they are beautiful. :)
