✅ SOLVED Silver Utensil of some sort. Egg shaped.

I found this old sterling handle egg shaped tool/utensil at an estate sale today. Not sure what it is or what it is used for. The handle is sterling silver and the egg shaped part feels smooth and solid and has hairline cracks throughout. Almost plastic or Bakelite feeling, I know its not metal and I don't believe its wood and its not as heavy as glass. I honestly can't pinpoint what the material is. Have a look... anyone know what it is or what its used for
