Silver Turkey Shoot

I went out for a colonial reconnaissance mission after work and that quickly fell apart. Big bummer there, but I did however find a ton of modern silver in one hour. I've found more silver coins in a day but never 8 in an hour!

All from a public park! The first pic has 9 coins since one Roosevelt was mixed in from a hunt the other day.


Now off to 7-11.

Yeah, it was strange even in my parts to find so much large silver coinage. It did dampen the colonial failure thanks for looking bud

Very impressive, the best I've managed is 6 silvers in a day detecting (or 10 or 11 digging and sifting), so despite being modern it looks like you have a good spot, them thar colonials are just hiding a bit deeper!

Nah, they went in the jar. Only the ones that are ****heads to me go to 7-11. Like the Roosevelts I dig at colonial sites that make me think they're capped or draped bust silver. Lol
