Think it would actually be worth anything, if a jeweler reshaped it, or just worth scrap silver price? I'll probably just keep it in my MD'ing box of trinkets.

Thanks VPNAVY, you're a Marine too, correct? How do you like the M6?

:icon_thumleft: Congrats on a lovely ring! Definitely a beauty! :hello2::occasion18: It would be very easy for a jeweler to reshape it. Andi

I found this interesting looking ring on a short hunt today. It was under a tree right by the root, sticking up out of the sand. It's been stepped on and bent out of shape but it's my first silver ring and my second this week. It's stamped "A925". Not sure if it's modern or old. Thanks for looking!

Great ring! :icon_thumright:
A925 is a sterling silver I believe is called argentium sterling silver, but as far as I know that kind of silver has only started being produced in the last 20-30 years :dontknow: So maybe not that old, but regardless a rings a ring and silver is silver :icon_thumright:

One beautiful ring !

Nice one and good luck out there:treasurechest:

Gorgeous ring. I'd say its a modern vs old ring, but really a nice piece of silver.
