Anyone recognize this sterling silver mark? This bowl is a Goodwill find today. It says sterling reinforced with cement 168G

From what I see online, that would be from Dunkirk Silversmiths out of Meriden CT., and would date from1945-1950, as seen here: http://www.925-1000.com/americansilver_D2.html
