Silver chain today. Just got CTX back.

Well the last few hunts haven't been very productive. Just a pair of Raybans the last two trip before today. Got a solid hit on the excalibur and it kept snaking through the scoop. I had a funny feeling it was a chain it sounded really good. Finally on the 5th or 6th scoop I got it to drape in the scoop. I know a mask and a snorkel to being able to save the chains that fall through. I just don't like carrying extra stuff on me. Plus it was ruff water hunting and plenty of seaweed. On a bright note the CTX just came back from repair. One thing I wasn't so happy about was no contact it was even fixed or shipped. It was sitting in my carport when I arrived home. Nice knowing anyone could have snatched my once used CTX.

YELLOWBELLY LIKE THE CHAIN AND FOR THE REPAIR , CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE LACKING . AS FOR STUFF BEING STOLEN I LOST 4 NICE REFRENCE BOOKS AND MY WIFE LOST 2 IRON MANURE SPREADER WHEELS . THE GUY KNOCKED ON DOOR LOOKING FOR WORK TRIMMING TREES WIFE SAID NOT INTERESTED GUY LEFT AND THOUGHT NOTHING MORE OF IT. I KNEW THE BOOKS WERE DO SO WHEN I ASKED HER IF SHE HAPPEN TO SEE THEM SHE SAID SHE FORGOT TO BRING THEM IN AND THEY WERE ON THE PORCH , WRONG ARSE LIFTED THE BOOKS AND WHEELS FOR SHE ALWAYS TAKE NOTICE OF THEM COMING UP THE DRIVE. HOLA LEFT A BUSINESS CARD FAKE AS OBAMA NEVER DID KNOW WHO OR WHERE HE WAS FROM COPS SAID THE IRON OBJECTS WERE PROBLEMS SOLD TO JUNK YARDS TO SUPPORT DRUG HABITS. SORRY YALL ABOUT THE LONG STORY .THIS IS YELLOWBELLYS POST.

Nice return results getting the silver chain.

At least your machine worked when you got back, I got my CTX back and it did the same thing as it did when it went in for not to mention $70 shipping and then another $68 to get it through customs now I get to do it again.

Thank you. Yes but you would think Minelabs would require a signature at arrival. When you but the CTX you can ask for it to be signed for so its not just left on the door step.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure it works. Found the chain with the excalibur yesterday. Today is the first actual spin with the CTX since repair. Wow that really sucks. You didn't inquire about a shipping label? Noticed how you mentioned customs. Another guy I know bought the CTX had a flooding issue sent his in after me got his back before me and 30 minutes out in the water it started acting up again so he's sending his back again. I just hope mine is problem free for a very long time. Crossing my fingers mine doesn't take a crap right away again. Best of luck with your detector and hopefully you get it back and working order very soon.
