silver bracelet and half dollars

OK here is the silver bracelet i found with pinky kinda beads, and also two half dollar coins hope someone can tell me more about the half dollars, i do know you dont get them in change now, well i never got any, just a new looking full 1 dollar coin goldish colour, are these half dollars special, one is dated 1908 and has a worn eagle on reverse the other is dated 1951 and has a bell on the reverse,, i found the coins almost together at the base of a sand dune at cocoa near a walk on foot bridge.
