I went to the 47 acres where I found the gold coin, this morning. Part of the field had been cut, so it's more accessible.

Before the heat drove me out I had two good signals on the Ace250. One was an 1908 Barber Dime, my first in years!!!! Then just an old quarter, but it is silver, also. It's 1935, so the range is a little more than I expected to come out of the same area.

I'll probably hunt this field for years.

Thanks for looking.

My minelab would have dug the coins and cleaned them

The Ace 250 strikes again... How about the unusual tone when you went across the silver? It's hard to mistake the tone for something else. Congrats on the silver.

Very nice for a day's find. My husband found a 1935 SQ also a few months back and it's rubbed smooth. Even the edges are smooth.

Nice find digger....30's silver quarter, pretty....

Keep safe and keep diggin'...
