Thomas Beale Sr. ROW is the same person as Captain Thomas Beale of Beale's Rifles, Battle of New Orleans as verified by his letters to General Andrew Jackson. Sorry they can not be two different people as you want them to be.

You must be referring to the letter Captain Beale had written Jackson in 1821. I can see how you could make that mistake from all five of the letters Beale had written!

By the way I have those two signatures of Thomas Beale Sr. and Thomas Beale Jr. they are on the fake land transaction that Sr. said he sold to Jr. but no money was transacted. These two Thomas Beale's never buried any treasure in Bedford County, Virginia or any where else. I can account for their whereabouts during the times the treasure was said to be buried in Bedford County, Virginia by the Job Print Pamphlet.
