hello all i am new to the site looking forward to meeting some of you i just finished my 4 inch dredge and its time to try it out i will post results of my next venture going south to see about some of that southern gold any property in nc or sc got time to hit it hard . landowners or partners would be great not interested in pay sites but understand public grounds are finiteand limited to panning or river sluicing virginia has good gold, land there to dredge would be great

thanks for the welcome and i heard there is BLM land in louisiana. know of any claims or mining of any sort ?would love to visit the area .maybe stake a claim and build a houseboat/dredge now that would be full time mining. ha! ha!

thanks vpnavy . i did just that and found a guy from my town there . i ve known him since i was a kid . he mds and digs old privys and the like . he actualy dug one in my back yard at the time. small world. pretty cool to know he is still active . that was 20 yrs ago.
