Shrunken Head and a Dragon's Foot...that's all I got.

I'm always down by the water but today I took a shot at an old local park. Spent 3 hours digging a lot of p-tabs at 5 to 7 inches. It's tuff digging in the park vs. the beach.
Just thought I'd post one of my typical recent land hunts. I did hunt two older 1920's house lots that were torn down last week in my hood, but nothin' I've been seeing some great finds in the last few weeks on this site but this is all I got today. :) 002.JPG003.JPG010.JPG015.JPG

Hi Rich,

I hear ya, I only dug at parks a few times on a few holes, and it's a bit*h compared to detecting the beach. The beach has got me totally spoiled.
Sometimes when I take my dog to some local parks, I'll pull out the detector, proPointer, and screwdriver and walk around listening to tons of coins. When I hear a strong signal, I will put the Propointer to the ground, if it sounds, I just pop out the coin with a screwdriver and move on. Nobody has ever detected the parks around me, they are full of coins. One of these days I will hit some old soccer fields that I know and just dig gold signals on my machine.

Those are some interesting finds! We all dig pull tabs if we want to get gold. The beach is easier to dig than hard ground, but goodies are every where! HH!
