Plane flies directly through Hurricane Milton to collect data​

footage released by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Aircraft Operations Center shows a research plane violently shaking from heavy turbulence as it flew directly into Hurricane Milton.

I would Think the Plane would Not have anything in it that is Not nailed down one way or another



I think if everything was in place it wouldn't look as Violent.
just a little turbulence

I give those guys credit. If something happens and they have to ditch they're fooked.

Dang and I thought landing into Denver through those barrel winds blowing off the Rockies was bad. Last one I was on I heard a few lady's scream and the flight attendant after we landed thanked us all for flying Southwest and that the rollercoaster ride with courtesy on them.
