Rucky Chucky rapids were indeed golden--little bit a stash--hills overlooking San Juan Costa Rica were indeed golden too. So much to do...sooo little time-John

Couple of questions, John, about Rucka-Chucky. I'm assuming you are talking about MFAR, right? 1. Was the dam/reservoir in place upstream when you were there? 2. Did you dredge the whitewater or slack? It looks like its maybe 15 ft. across in the tight spots. I'll understand if you don't want to comment, but i'm just curious.

That pic you have of the poundage in the le'trap. nuthin' but yellow .

Fullpan-RC access from Drivers Flats, end of campground at steel gate our slice a heaven was up another 1+ mile hike just past ships rock.MASSIVE monolithic boulder on south side a the river from massive pools. Oxbow dam been there for ages and up/down anywhere from 5'-7' in 15 minutes. You absolutely must have a hi water rope and spot and a low water rope and spot. When ya feel a chill it's time to run man RUN. Untie low water rope and swing back to north shore till next am and swin back across the river again to pull dredge back. When water up never saw any slack anywhere. Always worked depth and the biggest nastiest boulder piles that could possiblely be worked.Almost died there 2 times in 10 months as dangerous is not the word, insanity more like it BUT MY GOTT WHAT ORO PURO. I keep the great ones and still have my praying hands nugget and a oz or more still stashed in bank. I recopied my Le Trap so I'll try it again-3rd time the charm?? John no go yet again??? loaded here in the past and now no??

I can see it now on NatGeo. "EXTREME DREDGING" with Hoser John as creative consultant! Thanks for a perfect mental picture.

Try this again

Was gonna post a pic of one of my better days, but after seeing Kugar's crystals, not wasting my time-
Kuger, don't know how I missed those from before, but absolutely beautiful!

Don't be bashful Shep, show us some of the Coarsegold yellow, or some Mariposa pieces that the Minelab has coaxed out of the ground.... Or some relics of past days...

O sent ya Le Trap this am as just copied photo again-John---freedom must be defended so just like mining it requires practice practice practice, glad I do reloads!!

Hoser

Have not recieved the picture yet. I dig the lever action. I have a stevens 30 calibur, but I need to find some more gold as I have lusting over a Henry, 45-70

Okay, Oakview, pic below, gold found in 5 hours. Neat thing about the day, no trash! Found 1 22 bullet prior, all targets afterwards were gold. Total weigh found-almost 2#. Biggest was a bit over a pound, secound biggest was almost 6 ozs, and an ozer and several smaller. All gold, no quartz or mother rock. Found w/ a Minelab 4500. A bounty hunter or whites would of picked them out if they could put up with the surrounding red meneralized ground.
Love gold in quartz tho and the crystals with gold, ah Kugers got the pot!
