should we keep s mint halfs?

Modern impaired proofs carry no numismatic value other than a placeholder in someone's collection until they can get an un-impaired proof. Being that modern clad proof sets can be had on the secondary market very cheap, I wouldn't bother holding onto impaired clad proofs. Now, if you have 90% silver impaired proofs then they will always retain their bullion content.
