Short Hunt today

Nice rk u got some nice programs I been using urs aswell getting some deep.6+ clad mid 80's some & most later using 3 tones definetly the way to go. Its basically a guarantee with the deus ur coming home with something. I seem to use ur program & then next time i go back i put on my 12k program & play clean up works very well hh
Yeah, having a deep program to go over the hunted areas another time, is a great idea! Kinda like scraping off layers of coins!:laughing7: Something else I've learned by accident is,after a rain, you can find more targets in a area you though you had "cleaned out"! Those coins that are laying at a angle,or on edge give out a stronger signal, after the soil is damp!

I was told that this token was for a slot machine? It doesn't have any name on it,just "NO CASH VALUE" on one side?

I've seen them on Ebay, sometimes they sell for about $3.00ea. sometimes at $10.00 each. I really don't know what they made for, I found these in about a 10 foot circle, no more than 2 or 3 inches deep. I also found a couple of $100 pesos in about the same vicinity.

I had a old man (like I'm young at 64) told me he thought they were slot machine tokens? That's about all I know about them? The only non US coins I've found were 2 Canadian Penny's!:laughing7:

After getting Andy's book (a must have) if you own a Deus, the machine is "smoki'n now! I've learned how to set it up to ignor pull tabs, can slaw, and zink penny's! I'm getting used to the tones, and starting to understand them, and what they are saying to me. I can now tell a bottle cap from a good coin about 90% of the time! I also lowered the tones to the 100 kHz to 550 kHz area. The tones are much softer now,as the while the high 800 kHz got my attention,it was also irritating to me.:laughing7: There are so many adjustments on this machine,I will be "tweaking" them for a long time.
