Short hunt---silver#8

Went door knocking tonight for a bit. Got permission for an old home, with an even older foundation beside it. Managed two dinky cars, a buckle, parasol cap, copper bracelet/bangle and a 1929 dime. Going back again soon to hunt the front lawn!

What is that in the second pic and how big is it? Sure looks old!

The second item is the parasol cap -- years ago, some women used an umbrella-like parasol to shield themselves from the sun. They weren't waterproof.
