✅ SOLVED Shoe Buckle? No idea on this one.

I've had this one for about six months, so the details are kind of sketchy now. I know that I found it in the woods behind my house. Totally random find, with nothing else ever found near that spot.

Not sure of it's age, so maybe it's not very old. It's copper and very lightweight. Measures about 1 1/4" wide. Any clues on this one? Probably just junk, but I'd hate to scrap it if it's old.

On the back it looks like you have a small keeper. I would say it is a woman's fashion belt buckle, maybe just one half of the buckle.

I agree, 1/2 old sash style buckle.

I would say Victorian era (at oldest) to 1920's womens sash buckle.
