How strange that nobody welcomed you yet. Well, that's what I'm here for. Yep, you hit the jackpot, except that I'm 64, retired from teaching(that's how I knew what you were saying, the kids educated me), mean, grumpy and always poor. Now to answer your question I have some advice. See where it says enter search phrase near the top of the page? Type in GatorBoy and then when you find a post by him, send him a pm(personal message) or just enter a post about artifacts. He is one of the Florida experts and he hunts all the time. He will help you. He is great. I know central Texas(dig up the dirt, sift it, remove the artifacts). Don't know if Florida is that way, but I assume there is a lot to find. It is 2:22, way past my bedtime and I've done my good deed for the day. Really, he can and will help you.

Shelly,

I welcome you with open arms to Treasurenet. Here in South Texas it just takes a sharp eye, along with a lot of luck. I have no idea how one would go about it in your area, but wish you better luck. You can't go wrong taking Austin's advice.

Austin,

I had met my quota, if I greet more than two fellow treasure hunters here, I start to feel kind of like a Wal Mart greeter, and I don't like that feeling.:laughing7: Thought I'd let you know that I have the enchiladas from Beches on my list. What about San Quilmas, where can one satisfy one's Tex-Mex cravings best? I personaly like to be serenaded by the senoritas when I dine, like at Las Cazuela's.
