Been working on her for over a year as time and money allowed. 7.5 feet long and 14.25, 14.75 and 15.25 inches wide. The Highbanker section is not on her in this picture, that image will be coming soon. I just need to get the legs on it first. The 3" dredge can that Mike(SWWash) built for me last winter will be powering this monster. Thanks again Mike!

ABS is cheaper than alum. lighter and just as ez to work it to your configuration. ! Just make sure you get the correct adhesive for this ! Its in the can with the red label .

Good luck .

Nice! Will you be using it this year? A small video clip would be fantastic!

I know the joys of working ABS I'm slowly working on an ABS header for my dredge, I want to build a new dredge for a claim I recently picked up I was thinking about making the whole box out of the stuff to save weight as its a loooong walk in there.

The only can I see with a red label in the picture says "Methyl Ethyl Keytone". That sounds like a cleaning solvent. You sure is what you use as an ABS adhesive, russau?

MEK gets the ABS off your skin like a champ. The glue is around there somewhere, might not be in the pic.

Lycof - I think I see the glue can behind your heat gun in the pic(?) just can't seem to make out what its called / who makes it...

Dissolve ABS in acetone, add ABS to acetone until desired thickness.

this is for 3d printing, make it thicker for building stuff.

Looks great well worth it!!!!!
