I got a few relatively inexpensive relic type display cases online and decided to take a little time to set a few up tonight. I assembled the one with the buttons about a week ago. Mostly colonials. I only found three of the points in the indian artifact display. The rest were picked up nearby a creek by my grandfather years and years ago just outside of Owego New York.

Rob, (evolution) My friend Howard is from Owego I have been there with him back in the 70's. We are heading back to Endicott area to hunt some family private property , some time this summer. His last name is Williams.
Owego is a very quaint town from what I can remember. I haven't been there in a while because my grandfather passed away in 1989 and soon thereafter my grandmother moved away to be closer to family. I have very fond memories of visiting them and playing in their large back yard and walking into town to buy some candy from the general store. In hindsight, I sure would like to go back there and detect the yard of the house they lived in. It was very old. I was born in 1970 so I was just a tot in the 70's. Good luck when you get back there.

Beautiful job on the displays!!! Nice job on finding enough to fill all those displays as well...all are finds to be proud of!!!
