Set of three gold threaded "pandora" resembling beads in orgininal neiman marcus box?

Hello everyone,

My husband and I are recent self-proclaimed amatuer treasure hunnters:hello:

So far, through some extensive research we've found some decent finds that turned good profits, and while I was drawn to this set of what--at first--appeared to be vintage cufflinks in an original neiman marcus box (pink lining on the inside, set on a maroon velvet foundation with the Neiman Marcus store logo etched into the leather on the box and on the fabric inside. We've taken them to local antique dealers and even jewelers and they couldn't even tell us what they are, aside from the fact that they, for the most part, all seemed to agree that these come from an era in the early 1900s due to their hardwar--possible the civil war era? :icon_scratch:

Needless to say--if the pros are clueless we are even more stumped. I've only come across pandora jewelry which has been around since the greek ages...and while I agree these two resemble that "pandora" style in that they are interchangeable, I still don't know how old they may be or even if they are cufflinks--as I've now found myself wondering if they are possible interchangeable buttons for blazers or coats--or even jewelry. I just don't know. ???

I'm hoping someone with some "Neiman Marcus" knowledge will be able to at least tell me, based on the store box style, what era they are from? Or even with their threaded links/clasps, what they are most likely made for? :BangHead:

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! I'm attaching pics, and can attach more, if necessary--I will say that the multi-colored "beads" appear to be some sort of wood, while the blue and brown are either glass or marble. There is also a set of (gold?) threaded drop links for the set of choice to be fastened to. :notworthy:

Thanks in advance for your help! :icon_thumleft:
