Selling old coins

That sounds like a good plan... Are there any in Michigan you would recommend?

Look up local coin shows in your area... especially bigger ones... check the itinerary on their web info and see if any grading companies will be present.
IF not... attending a coin show in any caliber would be smart.
JUST be on the inquiring level... not a "sell" mode... get a few opinions then decide.

I would not grade the 1878-cc that is well worn. The price for a worn coin would be in the area of $90-$130 cost for PCGS grading around $35.00 ...
