You guys and gals will get a kick out of this. I belong to a barter site that is set up like ebay. Only you "sell" things and get points and then you "buy" things at auction with those points. I noticed an auction for 3 old cell phones from a seller with 2 feedback points. It has been my experience at this site that sellers with 0 feedback are useless and rarely ship when I win. Now this seller has two fb points so I thought I stood a chance of getting the old phones for my recycling bin.

I Do:
Local Pick Up ONLY in my town and ONLY in a certain public place (I have that listed as to where)
Free Shipping
Discounts on certain items if more than one
Send between 7 and 14 days (due to work schedule)
Start all my bids at 25 the least, some 50, 75, 100, and so forth (all my bids will start with either a Zero (0) or Five (5)
I Don’t:
Accept cash through mail
Send items to the winner if they don’t have a Listia Verified Address
Accept GIN (get it now)
Lower days or bidding’s because you “really want it”
Do “Lots” unless explained otherwise in the item description
Refund items or credits
Discounts Continued:
On certain items I have up for auction, I have more than one item in the picture. It does not mean each item is for them all to be bid together, but to be bid separately, unless stated otherwise.
If there are two or more items in the picture and in my description, it doesn’t say sold together, then you’re bidding for one of the items!
If you want to two of the items in the picture, you will have to bid twice as much.
For Example: Say I have something for auction with a starting bid at 50. You bid and then someone bids and makes it 65. You decide you want two items, so you would bid one more over 65 PLUS an additional 50 so you’d bid 116. In order for you to get BOTH items, you MUST message me first explaining so and I MUST respond to you first BEFORE you bid extra. Otherwise, if you’re the winner, you’ll only be getting one item, not both.
If you want three or more of the items in the picture, you will bid 3x or more than normal bidding.
For Example: Say I have something for auction with a starting bid at 50. You bid and then someone bids and makes it 65. You decide you want three items, so you would bid one more over 65 PLUS an additional 100 so you’d bid 166. BUT this is where I do my discount!!! I’ll ALWAYS take a certain amount of credits off your total so I’d make that 166 to 150. (Something in that general area) In order for you to get three or more items, you MUST message me first explaining so and I MUST respond to you first BEFORE you bid extra. Otherwise, if you’re the winner, you’ll only be getting one item.
What happens if you bid extra because you want two or more of the items and you’re not the winner? Don’t worry! I will make sure you get your items regardless of who wins! (Remember, I don’t do “lots” so everyone is bidding for ONE of the items in the picture (of their choice) unless stated otherwise. It’s a win win!)

*****AND ANOTHER UPDATE:
I am no longer auctioning my stuff. I have contacted an admin and requested that they delete my auctions that people have bid on and allow them to get their credits back. If for any reason the auctions are still up, I'm sorry but I will not be sending anything in the mail and you will not be receiving anything either. If you have any questions as to why I'm not auctioning my things anymore, it is because I've had a bad experience within the last 24 hours with an Admin insisting I was a fraud and that I wasn't doing anything right but yet was not trying to help me figure out what to do. I did meet one Admin that I would recommend people to talk to because they are very helpful. But the one Admin that has contacted me about my auctions I am VERY upset with. I don't think people like them should be an Admin personally. I use to think this site was awesome, but now since I've had this experience with a particular Admin, I no longer recommend this website as a legit site because of this particular Admin. I will have my stuff on EBAY though! Pretty much with the same names as the ones on my auctions. If you would still like to get my items, find them on ebay
Again, if these auctions are not deleted before the auctions are over, you won't get anything in the mail and I agree for each bidder to get their credits back. I will still be on here looking around and what not, so feel free to contact me about my items on ebay as long as I'm not "banned" from this site by then. Thank You! I hope you all understand!!

Well I had already bid before any updates (rants) were posted so I waited to see what would happen. Lucky me, I won. So I sent her my shipping address and then our conversation started and it isn't over yet. I am sure eventually I will have to file a non-shipper claim and "get" to leave neg feedback.

Because of what happened, I chose not to send anything to anyone but after seeing everyone bid so much, and taking time out of their day to do so, I've decided that on the ones with verified addesses, I will keep my word and ship them their items. No cost as promised. Sorry for a HUGE choas! Thank you for bidding. Please send me the credits and I will begin to ship out.
CYBERME (May 7) I have no control over sending credits, that is listia's responsibility after you ship. I have many thousands of credits so don'r worry about that.
WACKY GAL (May 7) In my auction's description, it says that I won't send anything out until I get the credits. The credits are pending. In order for me to begin to ship out, you have to confirm you got the item (which you haven't yet) But as soon as you confirm, I will begin to ship out your order.
CYBERME (May 7) You have it all backwards. It does not matter what you put in your auction listing. I can not say I got my item if you have not even shipped it yet. You can not change the way listia operates. Look at how many feedback points a person had and their percentage of satisified customers.
WACKY GAL (May 7) I also state that if you bid on my auctions, you agree to everything as well. I am honestly one of the most honest people will you ever meet. I'm not going to rip people off because I don't like getting ripped off. If I were to send the items out before you confirmed you got them, you could wait a few days and then tell Listia you didn't receive the items (but did) and I wouldn't get the credits at all but you'd get the item. As to if you confirm you got the item and then for some reason, didn't, Listia would refund you your credits. And I have agreed if for some reason the person confirms and then doesn't get the item, that Lisia can take the credits out of mine and refund the person. Either way, its a win win for the both of us.
CYBERME (May 8) Are you off your medications? Did you know paranoia is a disturbed thought process characterized by excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. This is listia's website, they make the rules, not you! I thought it was strange that you wrote two pages of your own rules for a couple of old cell phones. You listed the phones under listia's rules. I bid under listia's rules. That is a legal agreement for you to send and listia to move the points to your account. PERIOD, end of story. Will you be shipping the phones today?

WACKY GAL (May 8 PM) Listia also states in their rules that if both parties agree, it's fine. So me stating what I put was fine. I contacted the site and gave them my concerns and after hearing back from them, I will let you know. I'm new to this, VERY new... I don't need your smart remarks or attitude. I can very much well say never mind and just not ship anything. You can keep the credits for all I care. I can always relist my items. Being disrespectful to me like that is unacceptable and childish. If you can't understand the fact that I'm quite new to this and still getting the hang of things, then I suggest you keep your credits and move on to someone else that doesn't mind your rude remarks. Again, I will keep you informed whether or not I'll be sending you your items or not.
CYBERME (May 9 AM) Maybe so, if both parties agree, but I don't. I have been doing auctions for over 15 years and I have never seen anybody put even close to that amount of rules and stipulations. Even on listia, sellers with zero feedback don't rewrite listia's rule page.
You don't need my smart remarks? I think of it as free medical advice. I didn't spend years in university to give away free advice. So I will refrain in the future from attempting to diagnose your condition. If you choose not ship the phones, which you can do, it may have negative results on your 100% feedback record. I see you now have 4 feedback points. Did you coerce all of them to claim they got their auction's before you even got them in the mail? Again, I ask will your phones be going out in today's mail?

Ok, I will leave her alone now. I doubt i will ever see those phones, so now I have to go through the process of asking for a refund through that auction site and then I have to give her a NEG feedback. and even this site makes it hard to do. I really get tired of losers that have very few or zero feedback points. I have won so many auctions on this site and never get what I won. They don't ship and never answer emails. Every single auction the seller had zero but in this case she has two.
